about the role

This role is a foundational one within our organization with lots of opportunity for growth. We are looking for a full-time employee with a start date of ASAP. We are fully remote and open to all US locations. We are building for the future!

Non-Technical Requirements

  • Experience leading mobile teams with strong project management abilities.
  • Drive the architectural design and development of iOS apps, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement SDKs that enhance our products.
  • Communicate with 3rd party vendors for client facing integration support.
  • Interface with the design team to advocate for high quality user experience.
  • Align with stakeholder and engineering requirements to meet the needs of the clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS trends and best practices.

Technical Requirements

  • 7+ years of iOS development experience.
  • Experience with building and distributing SDKs.
  • Proficiency in SwiftUI and strong knowledge of iOS architecture patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proven experience in conducting thorough code reviews and consistently enforcing high-quality coding standards.
  • Understanding of unit testing and automated testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
